How much does junk removal cost in Mesa?
Pricing is based on the volume of junk removed and adjusted based on weight and distance. Whether we price your job in person or over the phone, we will be upfront about costs and work to exceed your expectations. How do I get a quote?

Is the quote really the final price?
Yes. We will do our best to give you an honest price the first time. If more work is needed or the job changes, we will contact you before anything changes. We will do our best to give you great value every interaction.
How fast can you come out?
Often same-day or next-day for junk removal, depending on the schedule. Call or text for best results, and if your job is urgent, we will see what we can do. I am a student, so please have some grace.
Junk Removal & Hauling
What items do you take?
Almost everything non-hazardous: couches and furniture, appliances, mattresses and box springs, electronics, yard waste and branches, construction debris, and full garage, shed, or whole-house cleanouts. Bulky odd items like hot tubs or swing sets? Text us a photo first, and we can let you know.
What won't you take?
Hazardous materials like paint, chemicals, oil, and asbestos. Those need certified disposal. Tires are a bit more expensive to get rid of, as well as refrigerators. If you're not sure whether something qualifies, text us a photo, and we can let you know.
Do you donate or recycle items?
Yes, whenever it makes sense. Items in usable shape go to Goodwill or Deseret Industries rather than the landfill. We recycle metal and other materials when there's a sensible place to take them.
Do I need to move anything before you arrive?
No. Our job becomes easier when it's out on the curb or driveway, but it's our job to make your space look great.
Do you do garage and whole-house cleanouts?
Yes. Garage, shed, storage-unit, and whole-house cleanouts are very common jobs in this field. Demo work isn't out of our service; we love swinging hammers.
Gutter Cleaning
How often should gutters be cleaned in Arizona?
At least once a year usually before monsoon season hits in June. One good monsoon storm can dump a summer's worth of rain in an afternoon, and clogged gutters send it into your fascia and foundation. If trees hang over your roof, twice a year is worth it.
Do you clean gutters on two-story homes?
Yes. Two-story homes are quoted up front like everything else. We aren't afraid to get up on a second story if it means your home can be clean and protected.
Pergolas & Playsets
Do you assemble store-bought kits?
Yes, pergola kits from Costco, Home Depot, and specialty brands, plus swing sets and playsets from Rainbow, Gorilla, Backyard Discovery, and Amazon. If it comes in a box with an Allen wrench, we've probably built one.
Will a pergola or playset survive monsoon season?
That's exactly why anchoring is our standard, not an add-on. We set pergola posts and footings for Arizona wind loads and anchor each set with concrete.
Do I need a permit for a pergola?
Contact your local HOA if needed to receive proper information on your neighborhood.
