How much does junk removal cost in Mesa?

How do I get a quote?

Is the quote really the final price?
Yes. The number we give you before work starts is the number you pay. No fuel fees, no 'we found something' surcharges, no price changes on your driveway.
How fast can you come out?
Often same-day or next-day for junk removal, depending on the schedule. Call or text and we'll give you a real answer — not a four-hour window that turns into a no-show.
Junk Removal & Hauling
What items do you take?
Almost everything non-hazardous: couches and furniture, appliances, mattresses and box springs, electronics, yard waste and branches, construction debris, and full garage, shed, or whole-house cleanouts. Bulky odd items like hot tubs or swing sets? Text us a photo first and we'll tell you straight.
What won't you take?
Hazardous materials — paint, chemicals, oil, and asbestos. Those need certified disposal. If you're not sure whether something qualifies, text us a photo and we'll point you the right way.
Do you donate or recycle items?
Yes, whenever it makes sense. Items in usable shape go to donation rather than the landfill, and we recycle metal and other materials when there's a sensible place to take them.
Do I need to move anything before you arrive?
No — that's the point of hiring us. Just show us what goes. We handle the stairs, tight corners, and heavy lifting, and we sweep the space clean before we leave.
Do you do garage and whole-house cleanouts?
Yes. Garage, shed, storage-unit, and whole-house cleanouts are one of our most common jobs — including pre-listing and move-out cleanouts for realtors and property managers.
Gutter Cleaning
How often should gutters be cleaned in Arizona?
At least once a year — and the smart time is late spring, before monsoon season hits in June. One good monsoon storm can dump a summer's worth of rain in an afternoon, and clogged gutters send it into your fascia and foundation. If trees hang over your roof, twice a year is worth it.
Do you clean gutters on two-story homes?
Yes. Two-story homes are quoted up front like everything else — no ladder surcharge invented on your driveway. Debris is bagged and hauled away, and you get a straight report (with photos) of anything we noticed.
Pergolas & Playsets
Do you assemble store-bought kits?
Yes — pergola kits from Costco, Home Depot, and specialty brands, plus swing sets and playsets from Rainbow, Gorilla, Backyard Discovery, and Amazon. If it comes in a box with an Allen wrench, we've probably built one. We also do custom pergola builds.
Will a pergola or playset survive monsoon season?
That's exactly why anchoring is our standard, not an add-on. We set pergola posts and footings for Arizona wind loads and ground-anchor every playset, then torque and safety-check every fastener before we leave.
Do I need a permit for a pergola?
In most East Valley cities, detached pergolas under a certain size don't require a permit — but rules vary by city and HOA. We'll tell you exactly what applies to your address before work starts.
