How much does a house cleanout cost in Mesa?
Priced by trailer space, from $160 for a quarter load to $500 for a full trailer, and a whole house is usually several loads. You get one number for the entire job before we start, not a running total that grows as the day goes. House Cleanouts questions, answered
How long does a whole-house cleanout take?
Most are one day. A packed house with a full garage can run into a second. I will tell you which one it is from the photos, before you book, because you probably have a closing or a move scheduled around it.
Do I need to be there the whole time?
No. Plenty of people let me in, point at what is going, and leave. If you are out of state on a rental turnover, we can do the walkthrough on a video call and I will send photos when it is clear.
My tenant left a houseful. Can you bill me as the landlord?
Yes, and it is a common call. Send photos from the walkthrough and the price is set before I show up, which is usually what you need for the deposit paperwork.
What happens to everything?
Usable furniture and household goods go to Goodwill or Deseret Industries, metal gets recycled, and only what is genuinely finished goes to the landfill. You do not have to separate any of it.
Can you take the stuff the city will not pick up?
That is most of why people call. Mesa bulk pickup refuses appliances, construction and remodeling debris, and anything over 60 pounds. Those are the things still sitting in the garage, and they go on our trailer like everything else.
