Side Yard Cleanout in Tempe: One Trailer Load, Before and After
A side yard in Tempe packed with bins, chairs, a floor lamp, and a work bench, and the same side yard after. Here is the side yard cleanout in photos, plus what Mel wrote about it, word for word.
What was in the side yard?
Storage bins, chairs, a floor lamp, and a work bench. The side yard was packed. That is the first photo.
The close shot of the trailer shows what went: a red end table, patio cushions, storage bins, and drawers.
How did the pickup go?
One trailer load, strapped down and gone before the monsoon clouds opened up. You can see the sky in the trailer photo.
Mel's review mentions flexibility on pickup dates and times. That part is the job, not a perk. If the pile can wait until Saturday, Saturday works.
The review also mentions quick responses. Text me a photo and I'll tell you straight.
What did the side yard look like after?
Same side yard, after. The gate is open and the side yard is cleared. The work bench was left in place.
What did Mel say about it?
“Prompt, courteous, and affordable! Appreciated flexibility on pickup dates/times as well as quick responses for communication! Highly recommended!”
Copied word for word from my Google listing. I'm rated 5.0 on Google across 15 reviews, and you can read every review on the reviews page.
What does a side yard cleanout like this cost?
I price by how much space the job takes up in the trailer, not by the hour. You get the full price before I load a single item. Here are the load prices.
- Single itemAbout one couch, mattress, or appliancefrom$70
- Quarter loadAbout a living room set or a closet cleanout$160
- Half loadAbout one packed corner of a garage$310
- Three-quarter loadAbout a couch, a mattress set, and a stack of boxes$420
- Full loadAbout a bedroom's worth of furniture, packed tight$500
Text a photo of your side yard and I'll tell you which one it is. The full breakdown is in the Mesa junk removal cost guide, and the trailer estimator is on the junk removal page. The ballpark is not the quote: if the job changes, the price changes, and I say so before loading.
